How are the 6 consulting hours used?
They are used across the programme for implementation guidance, review discussions and programme-related advisory support.
Do we have to use the hours evenly across all eight phases?
No. The allowance is aggregate across the programme, so it can be used where the organisation needs the most support.
What happens when the 6 hours are used?
Any further consulting is separately scoped and quoted before additional work proceeds.
How long is the programme support period?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the programme support period is ordinarily 120 days from programme activation. Included consulting hours must be used within that period.
What does one programme licence cover?
The standard licence is for internal use by one contracting legal entity. A separate subsidiary, affiliate, client or other legal entity requires its own licence unless Provara Group agrees otherwise in writing.
Is Programme Plus the recommended package?
Yes. It is positioned for SMMEs that want to retain internal ownership but do not want to implement entirely without expert guidance.
