Is Essentials a cut-down version of the programme?
No. Essentials includes the complete eight-phase programme, workspace and governance architecture. The difference is that consulting hours are not bundled into the package.
Who should choose Essentials?
Organisations with enough internal compliance, risk, HR, IT or management capacity to work through the programme without regular external implementation guidance.
Can we add consulting later?
Yes. Any additional privacy consulting can be separately scoped and quoted before work proceeds.
What does one programme licence cover?
The standard licence is for internal use by one contracting legal entity. A separate subsidiary, affiliate, client or other legal entity requires its own licence unless Provara Group agrees otherwise in writing.
How is the programme delivered?
The programme is supplied digitally. Where manual fulfilment, licence activation or an access code is required, this is ordinarily completed within 3 business days after successful payment and any reasonably required verification.
Does this include ongoing software fees?
No mandatory ongoing software subscription is required for the browser-based implementation workspace.
