Does Fully Guided mean Provara Group does everything for us?
No. The organisation remains responsible for its information, decisions, safeguards and ongoing compliance. The package provides substantially more hands-on implementation support.
How are the 24 consulting hours allocated?
The allowance is aggregate across the programme and can be used where implementation support is most needed.
What happens if implementation requires more than 24 hours?
Any additional consulting is separately scoped and quoted before further work proceeds.
How long is the programme support period?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the programme support period is ordinarily 120 days from programme activation. Included consulting hours must be used within that period.
What does one programme licence cover?
The standard licence is for internal use by one contracting legal entity. A separate subsidiary, affiliate, client or other legal entity requires its own licence unless Provara Group agrees otherwise in writing.
Does this include complex legal work?
No. Specialist legal opinions, legal representation and material bespoke work are outside the standard programme scope.
